Postage & Handling
Your order
All of our products are made to order and are generally dispatched within 5-7 working days after receipt of payment for smaller orders. For larger or complicated orders, we will inform you of expected turnaround at time of purchase. Current shipping options are CourierPost within New Zealand (you will receive tracking code once your order has been shipped) or Pickup from our Historic Village or Poike Locations.
Outside of New Zealand, International Air is the standard option, if you would like to pay extra for a faster or more secure option, please contact us.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment and distance etc. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but boxes and bags are amply sized so your items are well-protected.
