Dispatch Time Frames
IN STOCK items on our website will be generally sent out/available for pickup the same day payment is made. We will email you when they are ready for pickup.
We create (as you order) most of our products ourselves through our Phreaze Factory store in Historic Village, Tauranga. These are generally created and dispatched within 3-5 working days after receipt of payment for smaller orders. You will receive an email when they have been shipped.
Delivery Options
Please select the appropriate option at checkout:
Delivery within NZ - we currently utilise Poste Haste courier within New Zealand (a tracking code will be applied to your order once your order has been shipped) with a target of delivery to your door within 24-48 hours.
Pickup in Tauranga, New Zealand - Pickup of online or market stall orders are available from our Phreaze Factory store in Historic Village, Tauranga. We will email you when they are ready for pickup.
Other locations outside of New Zealand: International Air is the standard option, if you would like to pay extra for a faster or more secure option, please contact us.
Group Your Items When Ordering
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Packaging & handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment and distance etc. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but boxes and bags are amply sized so your items are well-protected.
