PFC VIP STATUS REWARDS PROGRAM – TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Overview

The PFC VIP Status Rewards Program (“VIP Program”) is offered by Phreaze Factory Clothing (PFC Musicwear). By qualifying for or participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. PFC reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the VIP Program or its benefits at any time without prior notice.

2. Eligibility & How to Qualify

You can become a PFC VIP through one of the following ways:

a. Intro Week Access: Make any purchase on our website during VIP Status Intro Week (no minimum spend).
b. Spend Threshold: Spend $500 NZD (inc. GST) or more at PFC (online or in-store) within any one calendar month. Your VIP Status will be applied to your username automatically during processing of your $500+ order.
c. Special Promotions: Gain VIP Status through special VIP Access promotions announced via PFC’s official social media channels.

Once VIP Status is achieved, it is yours for life, unless revoked under section 8.

3. VIP Benefits

As a PFC VIP, you receive access to the following ongoing benefits:

10% off all PFC online purchases — forever!
Early Access to new products - watch for announcements!
FREE Gift with every online purchase (gift value may vary depending on purchase total).
Access to Secret Sales — online, VIP-only events and discounts.
Private Invites to exclusive PFC events.
FREE Custom Name Add-on for streetwear — conditions apply (see Section 4).
VIP-only Items & Colourways not available to non-VIPs.
Voting Power — participate in PFC polls to help choose new colourways, drops, and more.

4. Custom Name Add-on – Conditions

The free Custom Name Add-on applies to selected items only (we'll confirm if it's possible when we receive your add-on request with your order).

Limit: One free name add-on per qualifying order (Orders must be over $99 NZD to be eligible).
To submit your free Custom Name Add-on request: Provide following details in the order notes at checkout: Item Name, Size, Colour, Font, Placement/Location on the garment. Please double-check all details — Incomplete information may delay processing.
Custom text must comply with PFC’s brand standards (no offensive or inappropriate language).
Additional customization requests may incur extra charges.
PFC reserves the right to refuse custom text that breaches brand guidelines.

5. Discount & Gift Application

The 10% discount applies automatically when signed into your VIP account.
Free gifts are selected by PFC based on total spend per order.
Discounts cannot be combined with other percentage-off promotions unless stated otherwise.
VIP discounts and gifts apply to online purchases only, unless specified.

6. VIP-Only Events & Voting

Invitations to events or voting opportunities will be communicated via the contact details provided on your VIP account. PFC is not responsible for missed opportunities due to incorrect/outdated contact information or technical difficulties.

7. Transferability

VIP Status is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-redeemable for cash. Benefits apply only to the individual account holder and cannot be shared or combined.

8. Revocation of Status

PFC reserves the right to revoke VIP Status if:

Fraudulent or abusive purchasing behaviour is detected.
The account is found to be misused (e.g. reselling VIP-only items, sharing login information).
The participant breaches these Terms & Conditions.

9. Privacy

Personal data collected for the VIP Program will be used in accordance with PFC’s Privacy Policy. Information will only be used to administer the Program, communicate benefits, and improve customer experience.

10. General

PFC may modify or discontinue the Program or its benefits at any time without prior notice.
In case of disputes, PFC’s decision is final.
These Terms are governed by New Zealand law.
